This private agreement governs the rights and obligations related to the use of the Mission Two Lives website, entered into between Pro-Life House of Saint Frei Galvão, hereinafter referred to simply as MISSION TWO LIVES, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 17.490.627.0001/70, with headquarters at Rua Capitão Antunes de Vasconcelos, 189, Paiol, Nilópolis - RJ - Brazil, ZIP 26545-430, and you, in the capacity of “Benefactor,” “User,” or “Visitor,” under the following terms:

1. Use of the Website and Services

The MISSION TWO LIVES website provides information about the organization, its activities, and opportunities to make donations. Through the Stripe platform, you can make recurring donations via monthly payments. By using the website, you agree to use our services legally, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

2. Recurring Donations

Through our website, you may choose to make a monthly donation to MISSION TWO LIVES. The payment process is facilitated by the Stripe platform. By making a donation, you agree that:

• Donations will be charged monthly until you decide to cancel them.
• You can cancel or change your donation at any time by accessing your Stripe account or contacting us.
• You acknowledge that the Stripe platform will collect and process your payment data securely and in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information that you provide during the donation process, including your name, email, address, and payment details. This information is treated confidentially and used only to process your donation and for communications related to MISSION TWO LIVES. You may cancel your donation at any time. To do so, access your Stripe account or contact our support team via email at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect from the next payment cycle.

MISSION TWO LIVES is not responsible for failures in the Stripe platform or any third-party service used to process donations. All payments and financial transactions are subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The MISSION TWO LIVES website is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, functionality, or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

MISSION TWO LIVES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or the donation process, including, but not limited to, errors in payment processing, service interruptions, or technical failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, regardless of conflicts of such laws with laws of other states or countries. The courts of RIO DE JANEIRO/RJ, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of this court and hereby waive the jurisdiction of any other court, however privileged it may be.
