The Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Use of Mission Two Lives (“MTL”) and applies to all registered Users. MTL takes precautions and measures to safeguard all User information, using the most complete and effective IT security mechanisms.

Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When a User registers on MTL, their data is securely stored. MTL may verify the provided information by consulting public entities, specialized companies, or databases, and by accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the User authorizes MTL to do so.

MTL may automatically collect and store certain information regarding Users’ activities on its website. This information may include the URL from which they came, the URL they accessed next, the browser they use, their IP addresses, pages visited, searches performed, ads viewed, purchases made, comments, message exchanges, email addresses, and other information that may be stored and retained.

MTL will not store names, addresses, banking information, RG numbers, CPF, NIF, Customer Tax IDs, or other information that could identify a person who is not a pre-registered client on the site.

By creating an account on MTL, the User acknowledges and agrees that MTL may store electronic message exchanges between Users within the Site for the primary purpose of ensuring security in community relations and communications.

All personal data of Users will be stored securely and in an automated manner, in the USA or Brazil, depending on application availability. By creating an account on MTL, the User confirms awareness of where their personal data is stored and authorizes this international or national data transfer. At any time, a registered User may request the permanent deletion of their data or the cancellation of their account.

Information Security

MTL is committed and obligated to comply with all applicable standards regarding personal information security measures. Therefore, it uses security standards such as Secure Socket Layers (SSL), firewalls, and other necessary means to safeguard Users’ personal data.

MTL is not responsible for violations or illegal access to its systems or databases by unauthorized persons, nor will it be responsible for the misuse of information obtained through such means.

Confidentiality of Information

MTL is committed to the confidentiality of Users’ personal information and does not provide or share this data with third parties.

Site Access Credentials

Users acknowledge that their access credentials to the Site (such as email and password) are personal and non-transferable and must not be shared with third parties. Users are responsible for all actions performed using their credentials. If a User suspects that someone may know their personal password, they must change it immediately.
